Essential Oils and Aroma Therapy

Aromatherapy is defined as the use of plants and oils to alter one's mood, cognitive, psychological and physical well being. This therapy is recognized worldwide and some have claimed that essential oils have the ability to heal causing people to toss out their prescription drugs.

Oils such as a peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus place the mind in a relaxed state and if the mind is relaxed, the body is sure to follow. The PLE's blend's benefits include but are not limited to improved breathing, headache relief and stress relief. It's been said that oils such as Rosemary and Orange can provide you with energy all while relieving congestion and protecting against cancer.

As we can see there's a wide range of benefits when using aroma therapy. Whether they have the ability to heal our bodies is still up for debate however when used correctly they can provide temporary relief to our minds.
